Milano Residences
In October 2010 Versace Home and Century Properties announced their partnership for the development of a new residential project that will rise in Manila at Makati City, international financial district of the capital.
The Milano Residences, this the name of the project has been completed in 2015, and appears as a 53-floor-high tower where the common areas such as the lobby, the library, the spa and wellness area interpret the Maison’s lifestyle with interiors designed by Versace Home.
The development is the fastest-selling of all Versace projects worldwide.
